GAYA grounding products connect your body to the earth’s natural energy, even indoors. Our products use carbon, which is a conductive material, linked to the ground port of an electrical outlet. This connection allows electrons to flow from the earth to your body, balancing your electrical charge.
Simply plug in the mat, sheet or pillow cases, lie down, and enjoy the grounding benefits. Experience reduced inflammation, improved sleep, and boosted immunity, all from the comfort of your home.
For optimal benefits, use the grounding mats for at least 30 minutes daily, gradually increasing to an hour. Incorporate grounding into your routine during meditation, relaxation, sleep, or work. Results vary, with some users noticing improvements in sleep, stress, and overall well-being within weeks to months. Consistency is key, and effects become more noticeable over time. Consult with your healthcare provider if you have underlying health conditions.
Grounding helps your body recover and rebalance, visibly reducing inflammation and improving circulation. Discover the difference in just a few nights.

I've never grounded before and I had many questions about how to use this mat. Now that I'm using it, I'm sold on its benefits. In just a few months, I've noticed my back pain has improved. The mat is easy to setup. It has adjustable elastic straps that fit around your mattress to keep it in place. You snap the grounding wire to the mat then plug the other end into a grounding socket. The grounding socket is the third, round plug in every household outlet. The grounding plug does not have an electrical current. The mat feels like a soft, thin PU leather. It fits across the width of the bed and is a little over 2' long. It's recommended that you have skin contact on the mat. You don't need your whole body to make contact. Just a part of you, like a hand or part of your leg, etc. This mat is comfortable and functions perfectly.
Another reviewer wrote that this is hot to sleep on and they may be correct. So far, I've chosen to turn it lengthwise and sleep on it that way, so that it covers most of my body. The straps are in my way a bit that way, but currently I'm unable to strap them to my mattress, having nothing to do with this product. The fact that it has straps for people who want it held in place, is great.I really like that it has to connection points for convenience of connecting the grounding cord to it and the nearest wall outlet.Maybe this grounding mat works like a charm for others, but so far, I've used it for more than a week, or so, and I've not noticed any benefits, although I did notice improvements when I slept on a smaller grounding mat by another company. That mat was a different material, which may have something to do with my results. This PU material does not have an odor that I can tell, which is a relief, since I have multiple chemical sensitivities.Having said all of that, I'd prefer a grounding pad made out of natural fibers and materials. To the maker: could you please create a version like that? Until then, you can find me using either my other grounding pad, or grounding sheets.
I put this on our bed 5 days ago and it seems I'm starting to feel some improvements in my overall well-being. First, I'm sleeping throughout the night and waking up naturally at about 6:15 am. When I say naturally, I mean that I just wake up and feel like I'm ready to start my day.Don't get me wrong...I'm not jumping out of bed and running a marathon...but I am waking up and not feeling like I want to roll over and sleep for "just 30 more minutes". It's more like, okay, I'm awake and I don't feel tired. I'm up and ready to start the day.I also feel that getting a restful night's sleep is helping with my mood and energy level throughout the day. That makes sense. Rest...true rest...should do that, right? But I'm also feeling less aches and pains. Granted, that could also be from getting restful sleep. The body has time to repair and heal. Maybe there's something more to the whole grounding thing. Either way, I'm not opposed to feeling better so we will keep it on the bed.It can take days or even weeks to notice a difference (I've read). For me, the first time I tried grounding (for about a week) I didn't even realize I was feeling better until one day I thought...OMG, my neck doesn't hurt. I can't remember when it stopped hurting but the pain is just gone. It's a weird thing...you live with pain so long that when it starts to fade away and (hopefully) leave you don't always notice it...until you do.Anyway, make sure you check out the little postcard-sized note in the box. You can scan the QR code and it will take you to their website and blog with lots of information about grounding. I hope you have great results too!
I recently purchased a small grounding mat and loved the benefits so much, I wanted my husband to have one too. When this one was available I ordered it so we could have one that covered to whole bed. I couldn't believe the difference in quality! This one is so comfortable so you don't even know its there! It has straps to keep it in place and 2 different places to plug into depending where you are plugging into the outlet. I am amazed at how well this helps with sleep. We strapped this to the mattress and put the sheets over it! If you need better sleep, you need this!
We like it so far. I reached out to the seller and they answered all of my questions. We have it on our bed on top of the fitted sheet. We will wipe it down once a week when we wash the sheets.I will comment again in a few weeks after we have had more time to use it.
