Shipping policy
After you place your order, it will be promptly forwarded to our shipping team for processing. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
We work with reliable shipping providers, including USPS, FedEx, DHL, Yunexpress, and local couriers in your area.

Our current processing time is 1–2 business days.
Standard Shipping Delivery Times

- Canada & Mexico: 6–12 days
- Europe & UK: 5–10 days
- Australia: 3–7 days
- New Zealand: 5–10 days
- Singapore: 5–8 days
- Other Countries: 5–15 days
Warehouse Locations
We ship from warehouses located in the US, Australia, and Hong Kong. If an item is out of stock in the US or Australian warehouse, it will be shipped from the Hong Kong warehouse. In this case, please allow an additional 2–4 business days for delivery.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to monitor your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you do not receive tracking details within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@gaya-living.com. Include your name and order number for prompt assistance.
Missing Items
If any items are missing from your parcel, please contact us at info@gaya-living.com. Your order may have been split into multiple shipments. If we determine an error occurred in fulfilling your order, we will promptly send the correct items via express shipping to resolve the issue.
